Farg Home Appliances established in Istanbul in 2021 as a brand of Farg Elektrikli Ev Aletleri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti.
Since the day established, we continue our efforts with the aim of expanding our product range on this path, which we set out with the aim of producing quality products at affordable prices, and to become one of the leading brands in Turkey’s sector by carrying the user experience and satisfaction to the highest point in the household appliances sector.
Our company, which is both the manufacturer, the seller and the central technical service provider of Farg Home Appliances, aims to meet all the needs of its customers regarding the products they buy from a single point with this service. With the understanding we have developed as ‘New Generation Technical Service’ in line with this goal, we want to provide our customers with a perfect after-sales service experience by producing solutions in the shortest time and easily. With this method, which we have applied for the first time in our company in the household appliances sector, we enable our customers to identify the problems of the products in a short time, from the moment they contact our Central Technical Service, and to solve the simple technical problems as soon as possible with video calls. Thanks to our ‘Next Generation Technical Service’ approach we have developed, we not only solve simple problems in a short time, but also enable our products to be used for longer years with this method.
